Our school is taking part in the 2023 Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) sponsored by the New Hampshire Departments of Education and Department of Health and Human Services. The survey will ask about the health behaviors of 9th through 12th grade students. For your convenience please find a copy of the survey by using the following link:
All participants and their responses will be anonymous. Sunapee High School is scheduled to take the survey on January 13th. The link below allows families to opt out of the survey; simply fill out the attached form and return it to the guidance department prior to January 12th.
