RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION
(accessible via the parent portal)


 

✔ Your student is currently enrolled in the Sunapee school district.
✔ You were registered in our school last school year.
✔ Or, you have a letter from your school with your child’s temporary access codes.

NEW
STUDENT REGISTRATION
  ✔ Your student is NEW to the Sunapee School District, and is starting in August 2024.
✔ Your student is NOT currently enrolled at Sunapee school district.
✔ Your student has attended either SMHS or SCES in the past, but is NOT currently enrolled.
✔ Your student has NEVER attended a school at SMHS or SCES.

STUDENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Please bring the following required documents to your enrollment appointment.

PROOF OF RESIDENCY

A letter of residency must be obtained, completed, and submitted to the Guidance Office before student registration may begin. The letter of residency can be obtained at the Sunapee Town Hall located on Edgemont Road Route 103 B Sunapee, NH  03782.

PROOF OF GUARDIANSHIP

When parents are separated or divorced, please provide copy of court decree or guardianship paperwork.

BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Copy of birth certificate and any legal documentation of any subsequent name change.

COPY OF IMMUNIZATION RECORD

Also helpful, but not required:

  • Copy of transcript or most recent report card
  • Copy of Individual Education Program (I.E.P)
  • Copy of Section 504 Accommodation Plan
  • Copy of checkout form from previous school showing current grades
